Some websites such as My Learning Plan or Naviance require a document to be attached. A Google Doc cannot be attached but you can turn your Google Doc into a file type (such as a PDF) that can be attached.

To do this:

1. Open your Google Doc

2. In the top left corner, click File > Download as, and select the file type (e.g. PDF, Word Doc, Text file, etc.) you’d like to convert your Google Doc into.

3. A file will be downloaded to your machine’s downloads folder. You may now upload this as an attachment.
