A clean refresh will reload a web page without using any of the website's data that is stored on your computer.

This can help when pages don't load correctly, a page becomes unresponsive, or you receive errors. This can happen on websites such as Gmail or eSchoolData. If you notice a web page acting strangely, try doing a clean refresh!

To do this on a Chromebook or PC ......... Control + Shift + R
To do this on a Mac ................................... Command + Shift + R
