Poll Everywhere is a web-based tool that allows teachers to conduct interactive polls in real time. Students can reply to the poll questions by visiting a website or by texting from their phone. This is a great tool that can serve many purposes, such as checks for understanding, gauging student opinions, or even providing students with an anonymous platform to express an opinion to the class.

Poll Everywhere offers many options for polls, including multiple choice, open ended response, brainstorming, and even clickable images! This tool allows students to place a marker on an image of your choice. This can be utilized when asking questions about geography, anatomy, or asking students to place their marker on a number line for a math problem.

Check it out by going to polleverywhere.com and clicking on the button that says Create your first poll. There is no sign up required!
